Premium Fresh Tasmania is a family owned business which commenced over fifty years ago. The business has grown from a small farming operation to one that now operates one of the largest carrot washing, grading and packing facilities in Tasmania.
Situated at Forth in the heart of Tasmania's first class production area, Premium Fresh Tasmania is ideally located to produce and pack some of the highest quality vegetables in Australia.

Qew Orchards is one of the largest apricot growers in Australia. Qew Orchards need people for the thinning process around September and then people for the harvest picking and packingcommencing towards the end of December through to mid February.

Webster Fresh has been a pioneer of the Tasmanian onion export industry. Today their client base consists of major supermarkets food service distributors and specialist importers in over 20 countries throughout Europe, Asia and the Australian mainland.
This makes Webster Fresh the largest onion processing plant in the Southern hemisphere. In addition to this Webster fresh also pack carrots and walnuts with a seasonal workforce of 250+
