Unique working opportunity (permanent) for an experienced, proactive, friendly, hands-on & professional single manager or management couple to manage this newly refurbished & rebranded 16 room boutique motel in Mudgee. This opportunity commences in August 2025 (dates can be flexible within a few days) ready for the grand re-opening. This fabulous opportunity includes guest experience, sales, and property management aspects. All sheets are outsourced with managers to wash towels on site. Excellent housekeeping team with managers to assist with stripping of rooms etc. Pool to check and clean daily. Gardens to maintain – lawns (ride on mower) and whipper snippering. No Food. Must be able to carry out maintenance & repair duties as required. No Pets. Guestpoint FOS. Accommodation to be discussed. Attractive Remuneration Package for the right person or couple and level of experience. The clientele of this motel are purely corporate & leisure guests.
