Wonderful, modern 4.5 Star Luxury 21 room Motel Lodge is looking for a professional, proactive, friendly and experienced Management Couple for 2-3 days over a weekend every 6weeks (this is flexible for the right couple). This arrangement would commence in September 2025 – dates flexible. Excellent housekeeping staff in place with managers to strip rooms & remove rubbish. Sheets outsourced with managers to launder towels, bath mats, face washers and hand towels onsite. Very low maintenance pool to check daily. Very low maintenance garden – only a few pot plants to water. Keep the external areas of the property neat & tidy (dusting, de-cobwebbing and mopping). Room Service Cooked & Continental Breakfasts (to 8am only) – not many (approx. 0-5 per day, average 2-3 per day). Dinner available from the local pub, which is ordered by the motel and delivered to the motel (5:30-8pm only), with managers to deliver to rooms – not many (approx. average 3 per evening).
