Very well run, professionally presented, busy mid sized motel looking for a well organised management couple for 3 months initially from early August 2025 (Dates flexible). This motel is in a great location in Brisbane close to shops, restaurants and cafes. Reception hours are 9am – 7pm. Sheets outsourced with managers to wash bath towels, hand towels, face washers, tea towels etc. Housekeeping staff in place. Pool to be checked and cleaned daily. Low maintenance garden to keep neat and tidy. No cooked breakfasts or dinner, only need to set up a self-serve continental breakfast for guests. Airport Shuttle bus offered to all guests between 6:15-8:45 am Monday-Friday only. The ideal management couple would see one person run the reception and the other person to operate the airport shuttle bus and carry out all the outside / ground maintenance responsibilities. Well trained motel pets are considered. RMS FOS – must have experience. Accommodation included. $340 per day. A roster for sufficient breaks during the 3 months can be negotiated.
