Position: Cleaning Couple – Live & Work on the Ningaloo Reef
A rare opportunity has become available to join our team at Ningaloo Coral Bay Bayview, where the reef is your backyard and every day feels like paradise.
We are seeking a long-term couple to manage our Ablution Cleaning Team across our onsite park ablution blocks. This is a hands-on role ideal for those who enjoy an active lifestyle and want to combine work with the incredible experience of living on the Ningaloo Reef.
About the Role
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Hours: 30–40 hours per week during peak season / 15–30 hours in low season
- Roster: 4 days per week, starting at 4am
- Accommodation: Powered site or onsite accommodation available at subsidised rates

What We’re Looking For
- Australian residents only
- Good physical health and fitness
- Hardworking, reliable, and great work ethic
- Friendly, hands-on, can-do attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to commit to a minimum 12-month stay (long-term positions available for the right couple)
- No pets allowed
Experience is not essential – training provided.
