30 room motel with Restaurant requires a relief management couple for 3-4 weeks anytime between now and end of November 2025 (specific dates are flexible). Sheets outsourced, Towels and Pillow Slips washed in house. All staff are already in place for each area of the motel, but supervision and operational management are needed. Staff include: Chef, kitchenhand, front of house, receptionists & housekeeping staff all in place. Standard Front Office duties (reception assistance provided by staff for approx 5 hours per day). Pool to check & clean daily. Lawn/Garden Maintenance are required. The Restaurant provides in house guests with Room Service when requested and also has a large dining room that also services the public. Only open for Dinner Service. Some Breakfast cooking required for in house guests only. Oversight of the restaurant required in evenings and running the odd meal if busy. Sorry no pets. Guestpoint FOS. Accommodation included. $370 per day. Suitable applicants must be familiar with all booking sites, Booking.com, Expedia, GDS, Hotel network, FCM and must also hold current Food Supervisor Certificate and Approved Managers Licence.
