Caravan Park Management Couple – Regional Queensland (Fairbairn Dam)
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced management couple to take the lead at our caravan park located on the scenic Fairbairn Dam in regional Queensland.
We are seeking a capable, hands-on couple with proven previous experience managing a caravan park. You will be actively involved in all aspects of park operations, including guest services, administration, maintenance, and presentation.
You will be supported by an experienced management team but will manage day-to-day operations independently, ensuring high standards across all areas.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Complete operational management of the park and staff
Front-office tasks including guest check-ins, bookings, and administration
Financial management, budgeting, and reporting
Cleaning, maintenance, and grounds presentation
Coordination of contractors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
Oversight of the on-site café
About the Couple
Demonstrated hands-on experience managing a caravan park (essential)
RMS, Newbook, or similar property management system experience
Practical maintenance, handyman, and machinery skills
Strong time management and communication skills
Confident working side by side and involved in all park tasks
Commitment to guest satisfaction and high presentation standards
Sound workplace health and safety awareness
Benefits
Salary $150,000 plus Super
