This is a Management Rights and all units have either owners or permanent residents (which is managed by an outside property agent), no holiday letting. The main daily responsibilities are as follows: groundskeeping, weed spraying, light pruning, pool water testing, cleaning and maintenance, keeping the complex common areas clean, assisting residents with reprogramming a gate remote control.
