Great 28-room 4-star Motel nestled in the heart of Caboolture is looking for an energetic, warm and friendly customer focused relief management couple for 5 days – 7th August to 11th August 2024 (inclusive). This is an operational role that includes all front of house duties and staff interactions allowing the management team to utilise this their great customer service and staff satisfaction skills. All back of house accounting for BAS, wages, etc is completed by owners. Linen is all outsourced. Wonderful housekeeping team in place. Managers to strip rooms, rubbish removal & placing cleaning linen in rooms. No Cooking required. Pool to be checked & cleaned daily. Light gardening duties and repairs as required– equipment provided. Pets welcome. Guestpoint FOS. Accommodation included. $300 per day. The ideal candidates would be a couple that have had some industry experience and understand the rigours of running a property day to day.
