Although we make every effort to ensure that your bulletin is delivered to your inbox each Friday morning, sometimes ISPs do pick up the bulletin as ‘spam’. This means that there could be a delay (or even non-delivery) of your weekly email. If you are having problems receiving your bulletin, the first thing to do is check if it has been delivered to your Junk or Spam folder. Next, you can add my email address ( to your ISPs ‘Safe Senders List’. How you do this, will depend on what ISP you are with, so I found a good, comprehensive list that includes many of the major providers and email programmes – just click here to find yours.
