ALL STAR COUPLE NEEDED!!

EXPERIENCED GROUNDS & MAINTAINENCE & FRONT OFFICE/RECEPTION

Cobbold Gorge Tours in Far North Queensland has an amazing opportunity for a couple to work as part of our team from mid – April until the end of October 2024.

We are looking to fill the above roles with the following skills required:

Grounds & Maintenance

  1. General Maintenance around the Village and a strong idea of electrical and plumbing issues
  2. Mowing and maintenance of lawns and gardens
  3. Able to work unsupervised outside doing the above duties
  4. Awesome customer service skills required to interact with guests around the village.

Front Office/Reception

  1. Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
  2. Open/Close Procedures
  3. Positive attitude
  4. Take phone and email enquiries/bookings being a quick learner with strong computer skills
  5. All guests to receive awesome customer service from the minute they come in to the property to the minute they leave.

The successful couple will be offered a powered site in our staff village which also has water, laundry and amenities block.

As we are a seasonal village, you will be required to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays. We are offering 2 full time positions – 38 hours per week and would like you to commence mid-April if successful.
