MANAGEMENT POSITION, CARAVAN/CABIN PARK IN HERVEY BAY QLD

Hervey Bay, great climate and beautiful part of Australia.  Seeking hands on managers for a mostly permanent park, some tourists.  No previous experience needed.  Need a competent handyman who can handle all maintenance and has confidence to update accommodation, no office work required.   Other person would need competent computer skills to handle all bookings and complete all necessary agreement forms working approx half the day in the office and the rest of the day assisting partner or working outside.  RMS booking system used experience not necessary as we can assist with training.    Position is 5 week days, 38 hours each person, ideally a partnership ABN, park closes on weekends.   Looking for 12 months but could be flexible.  Attractive, open plan accommodation available above office, gets lots of breeze.   Please forward your covering letter responding to the job description, resume and recent photo to Ruth at email admin@irongateassets.com.au or if new to the park business forward your phone number and we can discuss.   Single person to do office and outside or all outside could be considered and would need own van.  Opportunity to continue in this position or move to our larger park.
