We are looking for an experienced management team who can hit the ground running at our park in Darwin.
You would be part of a professional organisation with plenty of group support. We would expect you to be proficient at managing your time and staff to ensure the smooth operations of the park.
Tasks & Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Park Manager’s is to manage the day-to-day coordination and financial management, and always ensure the provision of quality services to guests. This includes leading a team of staff and promoting a culture that is supportive, fun, and professional.
As Park Managers, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Complete management of the park, including any contractors or suppliers
- Maximising revenue opportunities
- Social Media / Marketing
- Financial management and reporting
- Administration & Reception
- Cleaning and maintaining of the whole park, including amenities, cabins and gardens and grounds to a very high standard
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance
- Pool maintenance
About the Couple
The ideal applicants will have the following skills and experiences to be successful in the position:
- Demonstrated experience in managing Tourist Parks
- Experience in developing and growing the park through the implementation of infrastructure and facilities
- Experience working with machinery
- Competent Handyman skills
- Experience using RMS booking software or similar
- Competent computer skills
- Superior communication skills
- Proven ability to problem-solve
- Ability to go above and beyond to meet company objectives as well as ensuring customer satisfaction
- Understanding and practice of workplace health and safety procedures
- Importantly, there is nothing you can’t do.
For the successful applicant, we can offer:
- Remuneration of $150,000 based on your skills and experience
