Sheets and towels are outsourced with managers to wash bath mats, washers, hand towels, tea towels etc. Great Housekeeping team in place. Managers strip rooms, remove rubbish and place clean linen in rooms depending on how busy the motel is. No breakfast or diners. small swimming pool. Limited low maintenance garden to keep neat and tidy. Must also keep all public areas clean. Motel was fully renovated at the end of Dec 2019. Sorry no pets. Guestpoint FOS. Accommodation included – 2 b/r unit behind the office. $300 per day per couple.
