55 Apartment holiday rent roll (spread across 10 buildings) on the lovely Gold Coast is urgently looking for an experienced relief management couple for approximately 2 weeks to start as soon as possible. All linen is outsourced. A housekeeping team is in place to handle all cleaning and stripping. Managers should only assist when the team is busy and must complete all room checks. Reception hours are 9am to 5pm daily, plus after-hours arrivals. Six pools require daily checking and cleaning. Carry out minor maintenance repairs as required. No gardening. No Food. No Common Area Cleaning. Sorry No Pets. REI FOS – experience preferred. Accommodation included. Handover training only is provided. $400 per day.
