Wonderful opportunity to be part of this motel’s reopen . This freshly renovated 23 room motel reopening in August 2024 is looking for an experienced and energetic manager couple to commence from the 15th of July 2024 for an initial 3+ month period with the possibility of this position becoming permanent for the right couple. Your initial responsibilities will be with setting up the motel operations systems and preparing for the grand opening in August. Once the Motel has opened, you will be responsible for the daily motel operations including all the standard reception duties – including (but not limited to) guest management, inventory management, monthly reporting to the owners, overseeing housekeeping & all other staff, etc. All linen will be outsourced. Housekeeping team will be in place. Repair and maintenance experience is highly regarded. Managers to oversee all garden & property maintenance. No pool. No breakfast or dinners. Sorry no pets. Guestpoint FOS. Accounting experience, particularly exposure to Xero, is highly regarded but not essential. Accommodation included. $300 per day. Successful applicants will have prior extensive motel & hotel experience, be willing to jump in whenever required and have a current First Aid certificate.
