Very friendly and super easy-to-run 24-room motel in a great location in VIC is looking for a reliable, honest, kind, professional, and customer-focused relief management couple from 7am Monday 27 May to 7am Monday 3 June 2024. All the standard reception duties apply, and reception is open 7:30 – 9 pm. Sheets outsourced. Managers to wash, dry and fold all towels, bath mats, hand towels, rags & pillowcases (must also be pressed) onsite. Excellent housekeeping staff in place manager to assist in stripping the rooms, removing dirty linen, placing clean linen in rooms & removing rubbish. A manager must oversee all housekeeping work. There is low maintenance around the motel, and the pool needs to be checked and cleaned daily to remove all leaves. During summer – a pool maintenance man attends weekly and once every third week in the off-season. The BBQ area is to be kept clean and tidy. There is No gardening as a gardener does the lawns, hedging and spraying. No breakfasts or dinners. Sorry no pets. Guestpoint FOS. Accommodation included – Very large fully self contained motel room. Training provided. $300 per day.
