Opportunity for a management couple to temporarily manage 2 motels for approximately 1-2 months with an immediate start. There is a 17 room motel (with a manager’s residence and 15 room motel (which is managed remotely from the 17 room motel). At least 1 visit daily to the 15 room motel is required for room check and quality control and maintenance if needed. All linen is outsourced across both motels. Housekeeping in place who work Monday – Friday, Managers to roster & manage as required. Managers must do the cleaning on weekends & public holidays. . No servicing of rooms – unless asked. Cleans only on checkout. Reception hours 7am – 7pm. No breakfast / dinners. Pool to check and clean daily. Gardens to maintain. Sorry no pets. RMS FOS – must be experienced. Accommodation included. $300 per day, with the opportunity for bonuses based on work & service. Successful applicants must be well experienced in the industry and OTA experience. There is also the opportunity for this position to become permanent for the right couple and there is also the opportunity to be transferred to our other locations
