Urgent assistance required for 1 or 2 weeks starting 28th June 2025. This is a great opportunity for a proactive management couple. One motivated maintenance/handyperson and one switched on office person. This holiday park property has 58 varying accommodation styles from Cabins to Motel rooms plus caravan sites. Sheets, towels & bath mats are outsourced with tea towels, hand towels and face washers washed onsite. Housekeeping team in place however managers do need to assist as required. Reception hours 8am to 7pm. Pool to check & clean daily. Grounds to maintain (with assistance from a gardener). No food. Pets considered. RMS FOS. Accommodation included, minimum 2-3 years in a similar sized property. $320 per day. Training will be provided.
