Fantastic ongoing relief opportunity for a management couple to run this great 24 room motel for 3 months on 1 month off from the 1st May 2026 (exact start date is slightly flexible within a few days). This motel is extremely easy to run with all rooms supplied to a local mining company (no rooms open to the public). Housekeeping team in place with managers to only strip rooms. All linen is washed onsite (washing, folding & ironing of pillow slips required). Reception hours are 9am to 7pm. No Food. Pool to be checked & cleaned daily. Basic gardening duties – watering plants and mowing lawns. Well trained motel pets are considered. Guestpoint FOS. Accommodation included. $300 per day. 2-3 days of training can be provided if required. Since the motel rooms are supplied to a mining company long term, stays are always 1-2 weeks, so minimal laundry to be done. There is flexibility to head out for dinner or even use the golf cart for a round of golf should you desire! The ideal candidates would be able to commit for 12months on this roster, however even if you can’t, still please get in touch.
