Great, easy to run 29 room motel needing a wonderful relief management couple to from the 6th December to the 13th December 2025. All linen is outsourced. Great housekeeping team in place – some occasional weekend housekeeping (servicing & turnover) may be required depending on numbers. Managers to strip rooms, remove rubbish and place clean linen ready for housekeepers. Pool & gardens to maintain. Managers to undertake any minor required repairs. No Food. Sorry unfortunately no pets. Guestpoint FOS. Accommodation included. $325 per day.
