Wonderful 26 room motel with a fantastic owner is looking for a professional relief management couple for a 5 month relief commencing on the 28th August 2025. Arrival will be on 26th August for handover. Excellent Housekeeping staff in place with managers to strip rooms, place clean linen & remove rubbish. Sheets outsourced, all other linen washed & pressed on site by the managers. Pool to be tested and cleaned daily. Wonderful handyman in place who takes care of lawns, gardens, small repairs and the garbage. No restaurant, but managers to set up a complimentary continental breakfast daily (but very few). Office hours are 7am to 8pm. Pets are considered. Guestpoint FOS. Accommodation included – Managers residence. $300 per day. There is also the opportunity for an ongoing 3 month on 3 month off relief at the motel. Jenny is more than happy to chat with you if this is of interest to you .
