How does Christmas and the 2027 New Year in Far North Queensland sound? If it sounds GREAT, then this opportunity could be for you. A lovely, easily managed property with 25 Motel Rooms + 8 Apartments in a great location requires a professional, experienced and friendly relief management couple for 2 Relief Periods:
- 10th to 24th December 2026
- 4th to 17th January 2027
*However if you’d prefer to stay in Townsville for Christmas 2026/New Year 2027, these relief periods can be combined into one long relief period.
Majority of the linen is outsourced, with managers washing fitted sheets, blankets and cleaning cloths, onsite. Housekeeping team in place who do all the stripping as well as cleaning. Reception Hours are: Mon-Fri 7:30am-7pm and Sat/Sun/PH 8am-6pm. Pool to be checked & cleaned weekly. No Gardening. No Food – Breakfasts or Dinners. Sorry No Pets. Guestpoint FOS – must have experience. Accommodation included – Motel Room with access to commercial kitchen and private lounge room. $300 per day. Handover only training provided.
