Do you enjoy working with your hands and have a passion for fixing things? If so, our factory positions are right up your alley! There are various operator positions available including weighbridge – responsible for weighing cane and data entry when it comes into the mill and General Mill Worker and Labourers to clean, hose down the factory, and remove chokes from equipment.

Are you interested in assistance with obtaining a Certificate III in Laboratory Skills through a two-year traineeship program. Our laboratory positions are perfect for you! You’ll work in air-conditioned labs, evaluating the quality and content of sugar in cane and other factory products.

If you like outdoor activities, you may want to consider these job opportunities that require you to work on the cane rail system. The tasks include relocating sugarcane from farms to the factory through shift work. The tasks include transporting sugarcane from farms to factories on a shift roster. The positions are usually either loco driver assistants or physically demanding roles like cane rail labourers who are responsible for maintaining and repairing the lines that our locos run on.
For all roles, first preference is for applicants who are willing to complete an entire crushing season which generally runs from June through to December.
Other skills or tickets, such as High Risk Work Licence, Tafe Modules, or HR Drivers’ Licence may be viewed favourably, so please ensure these form part of your application.
A requirement of the recruitment process is to complete a pre-employment medical which includes a urine drug and alcohol screen, physical and medical assessment.
