Wonderful opportunity in lovely TAS – what a great part of Australia. This 20 room & 16 apartment property is looking for a very experienced relief management couple or single manager with an immediate start for a 2-4 month period. All linen is outsourced. Housekeeping staff in place with managers to strip rooms, remove rubbish & place clean linen. Reception staff also in place. Reception hours 8:30 – 5pm. No gardening as a Gardener is in place. Carry out and/or manage any general maintenance and minor repairs as required. No Pool. There is an onsite bistro which is fully staffed, however managers may need to assist with breakfast setup as required. Managers may also need to assist with the bar supervision until approximately 8-9pm. Well trained motel pets are considered. Guestpoint, Siteminder & Lightspeed POS. Accommodation included. $350 per day. Must have a current RSA and Food Safety Certificate. Successful candidates will have proven skills to lead, communicate, manage and cultivate a team of 25 passionate staff, and ensure a high performing team and a culture aligned with our company values of Respect, Hospitality, Responsibility, Teamwork, Excellence – as the hotel continues on its journey to be once again an Iconic Tasmanian Destination.
