Great housekeeping team in place – some occasional weekend housekeeping (servicing & turnover) may be required depending on numbers. Managers to strip rooms, remove rubbish and place clean linen ready for housekeepers. Pool & gardens to maintain. Managers to undertake any minor required repairs. No Food. Sorry unfortunately no pets. Guestpoint FOS. Accommodation included. $325 per day. Arrival will be in the afternoon of the 19th December for handover.
