MANAGERS/CARETAKERS THE BAY CARAVAN PARK

Seeking a couple, no previous experience required in the caravan park industry.  Park caters for mostly long term and small percentage of tourists.  RMS booking system is used and we can assist with training if you have good typing and computer knowledge.  Both persons work together to do bond and amenities cleaning when needed.  Office person approx 3 to 4 hours a week, balance of day outside.  Outside person approx 3 days a week park maintenance and yard and approx 2 days a week renovating caravans/cabins.  Australian citizens, manual licence.  Office and outside work 5 week days, weekends emergency calls only, office close and no bookings on weekends.   Upstairs residence is spacious, well presented and cool with a deck around the residence.  Require a couple with a company, trust or partnership ABN.     Please forward your resume, ages and introductory letter.    A phone call to discuss the position will follow.
