McKinlay Shire Council is looking for volunteers to fill the role of ‘Camp Host’ at our Free RV Site located on the banks of Julia Creek from April to September 2026. Very laid back position with a generator supplied by Council. Duties include checking in guests, ensuring guests meet the requirements (fully self contained vans only) and providing promotion of activities and experiences in Julia Creek (information provided). Camp hosts usually fill position for 2-3 weeks depending on availability. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated, please contact us for more information.
