There are 2 motels with a total of 45 rooms to permanently manage in Wagga Wagga & Gundagai. This is a fantastic flexible opportunity for a couple who live locally, close to the Wagga / Gundagai area or perhaps you are looking to relocate. These motels are keyless entries and can be managed offsite with visits to each property required at least twice a week. Start date is ASAP, however there is flexibility for the right couple. All linen is outsourced. Housekeeping in place who do all the cleaning, stripping etc – managers will not need to do any cleaning. No reception hours as rooms are keyless entry and check-in details are provided to guests on day of arrival. No food. No gardening in Gundagai and Wagga has a big garden managed by a contract gardener. No Pool at Gundagai, Pool in Wagga to be checked 3 times per week. General maintenance will be required at each property as needed. Pets considered if wishing to live onsite. Little Hotelier & RMS FOS. Accommodation provided – Managers residence at Gundagai initially, then after 12months the ability to live at either property. Training provided. Attractive Annual Salary Package to manage both properties (includes travel allowances between motels).
