Fantastic Opportunity in WA for an experienced and professional management couple to manage 2 great properties, around the corner from each other. One property has 26 rooms, and the other has 12 pet-friendly chalets. This opportunity commences in late June / early July 2026. All white sheets, pillowcases and towelling are outsourced. Managers wash mattress protectors, doonas, bed toppers and coloured linen. A housekeeping team is in place with managers stripping rooms, placing clean linen & taking out rubbish. Reception hours are 8 am to 6 pm daily, which may be adjusted during the quiet season. Reception staff in place. No pool. No breakfast. No restaurant. No bar. Contracted gardeners are in place, however managers may need to mow the motel lawn and carry out some gardening as required. Managers must undertake all required property maintenance – handyman/maintenance experience preferred. Managers must handle payroll data entry using Xero & Bright HR. Update247 FOS. Accommodation included: Managers Residence at the Motel (sorry no pets). A very attractive annual salary + travel allowance to WA.
