Fantastic Long-Term Relief Opportunity for a warm and friendly relief management couple at a lovely, well-presented, easy to run 15-room motel. Commencing 7/8 for 3 months. All sheets are outsourced; managers wash all towels onsite. Great housekeeping team in place – managers to strip rooms, remove rubbish and place clean linen ready for the housekeeping team. Fantastic Reception Hours – 10am to 8pm Mon-Sat and 10am to 6pm Sun. No pool. Small but beautiful gardens and grounds to maintain. No Food. Pets considered – unfortunately no secure yard for a dog. Satin FOS. Accommodation included. $275 per day. This motel has wonderful supportive owners who manage all the business’s backend operations.ย
