Lovely Property with 25 Motel Rooms + 8 Apartments in a great location require a great relief management couple for the following dates:
- 7th December to 20th December 2026
- 30th December to 12th January 2027
- If you’d prefer to stay in Townsville for Christmas 2026 then the 2 December dates can be combined to make it a 4week relief period.
All linen outsourced except fitted sheets, blankets and cleaning cloths, these are washed on site by managers (not many loads per day). Housekeeping team in place who do all the stripping as well as cleaning. Reception Hours are: Mon-Fri 7:30am-7pm and Sat/Sun/PH 8am-6pm. Pool to be cleaned & checked weekly. No Gardening. No Food – Breakfasts or Dinners. Sorry No Pets. Guestpoint FOS. Accommodation included – Motel Room with access to commercial kitchen and private lounge room. $300 per day
