Wonderful lifestyle opportunity for a bright, bubbly and happy couple to manage a lovely modern, well kept 34 room motel with an immediate start for 3 to 4 weeks (depending on the start date. Note the relief period won’t be less than 3 weeks). All linen outsourced. Housekeeping staff in place. Managers to help strip rooms and place fresh linen. Responsible for all reception duties, staff management & Restaurant management. Continental breakfast only – set up the night before. Restaurant staff in place, but you will need to help prep in the kitchen, be on the restaurant floor taking orders, delivering meals and also work in the bar. On Sundays managers are required to do room service cleans for rooms in use, make packed lunches & cook dinners (normally Sunday roast!). No pool. Keep grounds & pathways nice and tidy. Maintain lawns with a ride-on-mower. Handyman/maintenance skills are beneficial. Motel management & hospitality experience preferred. Guestpoint FOS. Accommodation & Food included. $350 per day per couple. Must have the following up-to-date certificates – Food Handling Certificate, Food Safety Supervisor, RSA, RMLV & First Aid Certificate.
