A well-maintained 34 room motel in Outback Queensland is looking for an experienced relief management couple for 3 weeks. The start date is flexible, but as soon as possible. All linen is outsourced. Housekeeping staff in place. Licensed restaurant and minibar attached. No pool. Strong corporate clientele. Managers are responsible for full reception operations, accurate daily reporting using GuestPoint, staff rostering and team management, restaurant and minibar operations, maintaining lawns and general maintenance, and overall property oversight. Marketing and social media skills are highly regarded. Proven motel management and hospitality experience essential. GuestPoint FOS. Independent modern manager accommodation included. $350 per day. Must have a current First Aid Certificate.
