Well run, easy to operate 13 room motel in beautiful Ballina is looking for a relief manager or couple for 14 days from either the 27th December 2025 OR 3rd January 2026 (both dates are not required, only 1 period with a choice of start date to suit). Sheets & Pillowcases are outsourced with managers to wash towels, face washers etc. Housekeeping staff in place, managers to strip rooms, take out rubbish, place clean linen in rooms and make beds. Pool to be checked and clean daily. No gardening duties – maintained by the gardener. Reception hours are 7am to 5pm. No breakfasts or dinners. Sorry no pets. Guestpoint FOS. Accommodation included – Studio style motel room. $250 per day. This is a wonderful position to manage a small motel ongoing, particularly if you live local to the Ballina area or close by.
