A well-supported, low-maintenance 24 room motel is looking for an experienced, professional, organised, friendly & customer focused Relief Management Couple to oversee this property from early August for 4 weeks + the possibility of extension. All Bed linen is outsourced. Managers must wash, dry and fold all towels, bath mats, hand towels, rags & pillowcases (pressed) onsite. An excellent housekeeping team is in place. Managers to assist in stripping the rooms, removing dirty linen, placing clean linen in rooms, removing rubbish & completing final room checks. Carry out all the standard motel reception duties. Check and clean the pool daily, a professional pool technician attends weekly during Summer and once every third week in the off-season. Maintain the BBQ area and all common areas in a clean, tidy and welcoming condition. Gardens and grounds are maintained by a professional gardener. Carry out minor maintenance repairs where practical. No Food service – breakfasts or dinners. Sorry no pets. Guestpoint FOS – experience is required. Accommodation included. $350 per day. You will receive wonderful support from the owners of this motel whilst you carry out the relief.
