About the role 

The People & Culture Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of the P&C department, serving as the first point of contact for employee queries and providing essential administrative support. This role would be based in our Bondi Junction offices with hybrid work available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general HR inquiries and the P&C inbox
  • Complete Employment Verification (VEVO) checks and administer contracts
  • Support onboarding, probation processes, and performance reviews
  • Assist in recruitment activities from job postings to candidate screening
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and social events
  • Maintain employee information and support P&C reporting

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Studies or accreditation in Human Resources
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Australian employment law and Fair Work Act

Travel & Other Requirements:

  • Occasional travel may be required
