A Large, busy motel with restaurant looking for experienced & driven couple to manage the property commencing in Mid to Late June 2024. Must have experience in large (50+ rooms) motels, experience with corporate guests & travel agents highly regarded, as will your ability to improve restaurant performance. Half the motel was renovated last year. Basic repairs, maintenance & grounds skills are a must. Linen offsite, towelling onsite by managers. Systems used: Guestpoint PMS, SiteMinder Channel Manager, GDS for travel agent bookings & Tanda to assist with rostering & payroll. Reliable housekeeping team in place. Support from owners including marketing, payroll, finance, accounts payable, rate & OTA management. You must be managers who are 100% focused on wonderful guest experiences & strong relationships with staff & suppliers. Salary $100K – $120K + super + onsite residence.
