Lovely modern 26 room bed & breakfast motel and apartment style accommodation is looking for an active, energetic, warm and friendly customer focused couple to permanently call this motel home. Made up of a mix of 14 small apartment style accommodation and 12 standard motel room accommodation this motel operates on average in excess of 80% annually. This position will commence on the 1st June 2024. Sheets are outsourced, with managers to launder towels (all) and pillowcases onsite. Wonderful housekeeping team in place, managers to assist with cleaning on public holiday and/or during staff shortages. Managers to strip rooms, place clean linen & take out rubbish. Pool to be checked & cleaned daily. Light gardening duties including mowing and whipper snipping – equipment provided. This is an operational role managing the day to day reception duties, managing staff, ordering supplies and maintaining laundry. Pets may be considered for permanent managers. Room Service Cooked & Continental Breakfast only. Training provided. Update 247 FOS. Accommodation included – 2 bedroom residence attached to reception. $280-$300 per day per couple on contract. The ideal candidates would be a couple that have had some industry experience and understand the rigours of running a property day to day. You must hold a current Food Safety Supervisors Certificate & Food Handling Certificate.
