Conveniently located, very easy to run 17 room motel is looking for a relief couple from 4th May – 29th May 2024 (inclusive). All linen is outsourced. Housekeeping team in place who do all the stripping, cleaning, placing clean linen in rooms etc. Excellent reception hours – 8:30am – 5:30pm. There is a pool – but this is maintained by the housekeeping team and a pool maintenance person who comes every 2 weeks. Gardener in place who carries out all the gardening duties. Managers will need to ensure the motel is kept neat & tidy on a daily basis. No food (breakfasts or dinners). Sorry no pets allowed. Guestpoint FOS. Training is provided. Accommodation included – managers residence. $280 per day.
