Fantastic, busy, super corporate & very modern 38 room motel is looking for a well presented, professional couple for 18 days from the beginning of July 2024 – exact dates can be flexible within this period. This motel constantly runs at 95% occupancy over a 12 month period. This motel is a vibrant and stunningly beautiful property in an ideal location, right in town and right on the river! Being a busy property, you will need to be proficient in controlling room inventory on our website and on booking.com. All linen outsourced with managers to operate the commercial laundry daily to wash housekeeping cleaning cloths, doona’s & mattress protectors etc as required. Managers will be required to order fresh linen / towelling on a daily basis via our linen provider’s website. Terrific housekeepers in place with managers to complete room checks post cleaning. Managers need to wash the crockery & cutlery from rooms as required in our commercial kitchen. Pool & Spa to be cleaned & checked daily (must be familiar with operating pools & spas) commercial company clean & check weekly. Gardener in place to maintain all gardens. Managers will need to cook the occasional room service breakfast that is ordered the night before (we are surrounded by numerous cafes & restaurants). No dinners. Office hours 7:30-8pm daily. Receptionists come in Monday to Friday giving you a break from the office. Other than the regular corporates the clientele are happy holiday makers and grey nomads. Sorry no pets. You must be proficient in Guestpoint FOS + booking.com. You must also be proficient in Excel to create weekly rosters + be proficient in using Outlook for emails + proficient with booking.com. Accommodation included. $310 per day. With Receptionist/s in place, Gardener in place, Commercial Swimming Pool Company in place, you will have the time to leave the property and enjoy what Port Macquarie has to offer.
